Lime Basil Grilled Swordfish Steaks
Cuisine: Swordfish
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (5-6oz) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 4 medium zucchini for side dish, optional
  • Diced tomato for garnish, optional
  1. In a large ziplock bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add swordfish and coat the fish with marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the grill.
  4. Grill swordfish over medium high heat about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish is cooked through.
  5. Cut zucchini lengthwise and grill alongside with fish, if desired.
